Wes Reeves

Wes Reeves is native of the Texas Panhandle community of Wellington, but has lived in Amarillo since 1991 where he first worked as a newspaper reporter after earning a degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been with Xcel Energy for 12 years and directs media relations efforts in the company's Texas and New Mexico territory. He is involved in downtown revitalization and historic preservation efforts both at home and around the state, and serves on several local and regional nonprofit boards.
