Michael E. Hooten, EdD, FACHE is the Regional Dean, School of Allied Health Sciences, and Assistant Vice President Fiscal Affairs, TTUHSC Amarillo.

He has a BS degree in Microbiology from Texas Tech University, a Masters in Health Administration from Baylor University, and a Doctorate of Education from Texas Tech University.
